I've even tried the process on two different systems (one HP Elitedesk 8200 and an HP 8440P laptop) thinking maybe it was something with the SATA controller. and stil no luck getting it to see the drive in the XBOX. so I'm thinking that maybe there was something on the disks already so I fired up Data Lifeguard and zeroed out the disks to try again. At that point, I try it in the XBOX again. Just to be sure, I connect it another system and open Xplorer360 or Party Buffalo Drive Explorer and both programs see the 0/2/3 partitions. but just hangs at that point without dropping back to a command prompt or anything. I figured I need to create the partitions, and on all of them when I run the option in hddhackr to create the partitions, it says it was successful. Running Hddhackr I can flash the firmware fine but they won't recognize in the xbox. ![]() I've tried all of them and can't get them to recognize in the XBOX. I happened to have several WD drives around the house (WD3200BEKT - Sep. ![]() I've got a Star Wars edition XBOX 360 that the 320GB drive died on (clicking noise. I've got to be doing something wrong here.
